Choice of: blueberry stuffed, maple, peach or apple & cinnamon French toast, sausage & fruit filled crepes with sausage & fruit over the top yogurt and granola may be added to any of these eggs benedict with fruit, huevos rancheros with chorizo sausage.

Plenty of hot sauce and salsa choices.
All of the above menus include coffee, juice and seasonal fruit.
Ask about adding sliced Black Forest ham to your menu.

Continental Breakfast

The above menus include plates, plastic ware and napkins, delivery and setup along with cleanup. I bring hot sauces, butter, and ketchup and jelly as well with the country menu.  Cost depends on type of breakfast served.  Please contact the chef for pricing at (253) 380.2964

All dishes are homemade from scratch, so please allow time and prepare ingredients. They also include salad, bread and butter, and drink (water & lemonade or sodas). Cost depends on which main dish you choose.

All items come with delivery, set up, and clean up included in price.

For parties of more than 20, please include an 18% gratuity if service is desired. The gratuity is based on the dessert menu only.  All menus also include plates, napkins, and plastic ware.  For china and silver, please ask the chef as we can make arrangements for that. For tray pass and service, please add an additional $25 an hour per staff person, based on number or people in attendance.
